My Profile (including our Online forms) will be unavailable from 9:00am (AEDT) on 21 February 2026 until 9:00am (AEDT) on 23 February 2026. During this period, you will not be able to update registration details or submit a new or renewal application, lodge complaints, or complete qualifications self-assessments. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Log in to My Profile to manage your registration, or apply for registration.

The TPB uses the Australian Government Digital ID System to verify users. Digital ID is a secure, convenient and voluntary way to verify your ID online. To access My Profile, you will need at least a 'Standard ID strength'.

Select the relevant button below to enter the Australian Government Digital ID System where you can select your Digital ID provider and verify your ID.

Alternatively, you can continue to log in to My Profile with your username and password. This login pathway will continue to remain available for individual, company and partnership registrations. However, from 1 July 2027, companies and partnerships must commence using Digital ID to access My Profile.
